Within the weekly offer from june to september we include: the use of the flat, the consumption of water, gas and electricity including the conditioning system, a weekly dry cleaners service for bathroom towels and bed sheets.
Any extra cleaning service is 5 euros bed set and 10 euros bathroom set
Final cleaning service except for the kitchen area € 35,00 with kitchen area € 70,00.
Extra cleaning on request € 25,00 for each flat.
Extra service: craidle € 25,00 a week.
Discount: (except all august) for a 3 week stay 10%, one month15%.
other expenses: (from october to may) the utilities consumptions has to be paid too.
Flats can be rented for not less than 1 week: the week goes from saturday to saturday
Check in from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm; check out within 10,00.
RULES
payments: 30% in advance at booking time and entire sum at check in.
payment of 150 euros as a precaution that will be given back at check-out
all missing objects in the flat have to be reported within the first 24 h
the flats can only host the number of people declared in the booking

PENALTY FEES
-10%of entire sum within 30 days before booking date
-40% from 29 to 15 days before booking date
-60% from 14 to 6 days before booking date
-80% 5 days before booking date.
no reimbursement for interrumption of holiday.
residence avana will resolve the contract in case, due to circumstances that are not predictable by us or anyone, we cannot commit to booking, in this case the entire sum of the holiday will be reimbursed.
